Digital Strategy

Digital Strategy

Digital Strategy work usually involves collaborative workshops aimed at finding both the business drivers for a project and examining the viability against an identified audience or niche. This can involve user research, competitive research, technical proto-typing, and general digital industry research to formulate a strategy. Additional tools for expressing the strategy might include 'Voice-Mapping' and other graphic visualisations of the strategic direction.

Strategy output is usually in the form of a digital brief or proposal and can include a full strategy 'roadmap' - which will detail an approach to producing and rolling out the strategy. The best two examples of this kind of work are either MyPostOffice or Whatstax? - both projects had a considerable strategy, user research and validation phase before design and production was implemented.
